Join a Service Where Clinical Quality Comes First
If youre an Independent Prescriber who cares about doing ADHD work properly, this is that rare role where:
No volume targets. No per-assessment chasing. No commercial pressure to cut corners.
Just safe, structured, NICE-aligned ADHD care delivered by a service that puts patients and clinicians first.
Main duties of the job
Why This Role is Different
This role is built for nurses and pharmacists who want:
- To work on NHS Contracted Services within a Primary Care setting
- Remote work without isolation
- Weekly MDT with an GP Clinical Lead and other Clinical Experts.
- A stable, salaried post not private-sector burnout
- Youre paid for your expertise, not for the number of assessments you can cram in.
Realistic templates that respect your clinical brain
- 60 to 90 min assessments
- 30 min feedback calls
- 30 min med initiation
- 10 to 15 min titration reviews
Professional pride and protected thinking space
We encourage CPD, improvement work and evidence-based practice and your voice genuinely matters.
If you want a role with purpose, pace, professional autonomy and proper governance, this is a place you will thrive.
