Job summary

Were looking for a skilled and proactive Data & Digital Analyst to join our growing team and take forward our ambitious programme of digital innovation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supports the delivery of bespoke business intelligence and reporting solutions that drive improvements across clinical, operational, and commissioning services.

Youll be instrumental in ensuring the continuation and expansion of our current digital workstreamsincluding Your Health, Primary Care Overflow, our Well by Vertis Weight Loss Service, and new initiatives like our ADHD services and internal programmes of work such as HR dashboards. Youll also have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across Primary Care, where bespoke programmes of work are requestedsuch as localised dashboards tapping into key GP data and IT.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is self-motivated, and excited about the power of data to transform healthcare.

Main duties of the job

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Maintain and develop interactive dashboards for services including Your Health, Primary Care Overflow, Well by Vertis, and ADHD.

  • Create reporting structures for services such as PCU, UCR, and HR analytics.

  • Identify automation opportunities to replace manual reporting processes, and implement these in a way that generates improved business efficiency and better returns for our stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with clinical leads, service managers, and commissioners to scope reporting requirements that showcase value for money across services.

  • Translate technical outputs into clear, actionable insights for a non-technical audience.

  • Support with board and wider business reporting, helping us to showcase the return on investment across our services and forecast challenges and risks.

Business Intelligence Development

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from EMIS, MS Forms, Semble, and other healthcare platforms.

  • Support the development of service planning, business cases, and bids and tenders through the provision of timely, high-quality data.

  • Develop internal management platforms that allow senior management and stakeholders to quickly identify and respond to information in real time.

  • Design and implement new KPIs and metrics to support service delivery, working with the Head of Operations and Operations Manager to devise these in line with the targeted outcomes of each programme of work.
