for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to deliver compassionate clinical
and community care across Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley.
As part of our dedicated multi-disciplinary team, youll
provide exceptional palliative and end-of-life support to patients and
families.
Main duties of the job

Lead care for a defined group of patients
Deliver thorough assessments and ongoing review
