Job summary
Working under the direct supervision of the Lead Nurse and strictly in
accordance with specific guidelines and protocols, the Healthcare Assistant
will assist the clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed
programmes of patient care. This is a 12 month fixed term contract until December 2026.

- Working alongside clinicians in the Equity and Refugee and
Asylum Seeker Service to deliver health checks and vaccinations
- Clearing and re-stocking consulting rooms
- Ordering of consumables and equipment maintanence
- Assisting in the assessment and surveillance of patients
health and well-being
- Helping to raise awareness of health and well-being and
how it can be promoted
- Assisting with the collection and collation of data on
needs related to health and well-being
- Supporting patient communication which may include
appointment bookings and telephone contact with patients
- Administrative duties for the set up of clinics on site at
