Main duties of the job

Are you someone who brings warmth, care and purpose to everything you do? Do you want your work to reflect your values and make a difference for children every day?

You`ll be someone who is calm under pressure, naturally empathetic and confident working with children, families and professionals. Whether you are delivering a session in a school hall or chatting one to one with a pupil, you know how to listen, how to engage and how to make young people feel safe.

To join us, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working with children, young people or families
  • Confidence using IT systems for data collection and communication
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and doing the right thing

An NVQ Level 3 and experience in community or school health settings would be a bonus, but we care more about who you are and how you show up.

Bring your values, your voice, and your commitment to a team that puts people first.
