The role involves identifying communication needs, developing tailored intervention plans, and supporting positive outcomes through measurable, evidence-based practice.
You will work closely with education staff, Youth Justice professionals and families to ensure communication needs are recognised and appropriately supported. The role includes contributing to multidisciplinary discussions, preparing clear professional reports (including EHCP and court-related documentation), and advising on communication-friendly environments.
