We have a brilliant opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our Care service in Wallsend. You will lead our fantastic team of Supported Living Workers and Coordinators whilst supporting our customers, changing their lives for the better.
Homeside Lodge us a 48 bed Extra Care Community Wellbeing service providing support to our brilliant customers who are aged 55 and over. We support our brilliant customers to maintain their independence in their own self-contained flats within a large community wellbeing scheme. Our brilliant Care staff provide support with all aspects of personal care, medication administration and ensuring our customers nutritional and hydration needs are met.
Our customers have a range of care and housing needs inclusive of dementia, complex health and learning disabilities and our staff are trained in providing the best care to suit their needs. We fully promote enablement ensuring our customers are living as independently as possible within their home.

You will join our
supportive North East management team led by our Operations Manager
Sophie,who is passionate about driving
quality and compliance in all aspects of the care and support that we provide
to our vulnerable customers.
In this rewarding role
youll lead a great team, supporting them to grow and develop. You are
naturally innovative and creative and will help your team to achieve and
maintain the high standards our customers deserve, keeping to regulatory
standards. As a subject matter expert, youll develop and share your knowhow,
continually supporting your team,making it a great place to work for your
colleagues.
As Team Manager and
safeguarding lead, youll ensure the highperformance andquality
assurance of your services using your experience and skills to effectively
motivate and direct your colleagues.
You'll generally work
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however this is flexible as there will be times you
might need to start a little earlier or finish a little later to meet the needs
of the customers, and also to ensure you can make the important things in your
home life too. You'll also do the occasional week on call too.
If
