Job summary

A new pharmacy supply and dispensing provision is being created to service wards and community services at RDaSH. This has created the opportunity to build a new team to make it happen. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up: shaping a modern, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy service that directly supports the care delivered across our hospitals and community teams.

Were creating a dedicated dispensary hub at our Tickhill Road site in Doncaster to improve access to medicines, enhance patient experience, and strengthen resilience across our supply chain. Youll be joining a forward-thinking team that values innovation, professional growth, and collaboration which will enable you to play a key role in improving how patients receive their medication.

Looking ahead, the Trust intends to establish a wholly owned subsidiary by 2027 to take this service to the next level.
