Are you a self-starter looking to join one of Londons leading Mental Health Charities?

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Infant Years Practitioner (Parent-Infant Pathway) to join our Mental Health Support Team at West Central London Mind. In this rewarding role, you will work with parents and infants (0-2 years) to strengthen early relationships and support infant mental health through evidence-based interventions. Under supervision, you will deliver tailored support to promote secure attachment, emotional wellbeing, and healthy development, collaborating with families and professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early intervention to make a lasting impact while developing specialist skills through structured training. Join us to contribute to the healthy start of young lives in a supportive, community-focused environment.
