Job summary
To join our newly formed Peer Support Team, to provide a reliable, confidential administration service to support the Peer Support Team and partners. Providing administrative support to team members, to be the 'focal point' for stakeholders, colleagues, and partners, providing a support for the completion of tasks relating to the programme, receiving telephone calls, referrals, emails and relaying messages accurately, taking actions as appropriate and liaising with a wide range of professionals and outside agencies. A point of liaison for all stakeholders, working closely with Trust Peer Support Coordinators on referrals into the service, ensuring a seamless experience for all referrals.
Main duties of the job
Be the first point of call and contact for the service via telephone, email queries and diary management for the service and Team
Collect, collate, and process referrals as required liaising with stakeholders as required
Utilise and oversee the use of our Views CRM system to ensure we record and evidence all key service activities
Act as a key point of contact for colleagues in sharing information, updates in order to enable productivity
Provide administrative support to the Peer Support Team and wider organisation.
Arrange and book in appointments, including assessments with clients where required
Support to individuals to access appropriate services, from both BWW Mind and other local organisations
Work closely with Workers to ensure activity is optimised, accurately inputted and recorded, including reducing level of DNAs, cancellations as part of service utilisation, as well as completion of outcome measures so that reporting and monitoring requirements are met
Provide administrative support and resource to other teams where directed to for ad hoc requirements
You will join a friendly, dedicated team that works hard to support people with mental health issues in their own community, and you will have access to training and support.
This role is initially offered on a two-year basis and is subject to funding
