About us
The post holder will be based at Denton Park Medical Centre, but will also work across several of the practices within the outer west primary care network.
The GP Practices in the Outer West of Newcastle have a history of working together, this was formalised when the PCN was created in 2019 in response to NHS Englands effort to focus on the needs of the local neighbourhood.
Whilst we are working together, each GP Practice retains its uniqueness, with patients still having access to appointments at their practice in the usual way.
It is anticipated that the post

however, working arrangements may be subject to change, and the scheme reserves
the right to alter them as needed.
