Main duties of the job
This role plays a vital behind-the-scenes part in keeping primary care services across Bolton running smoothly. As Service Administrator, you'll be the organisational glue that supports clinical teams, managers and services ensuring the right people, equipment and information are in the right place at the right time, so patients receive safe, timely, high-quality care.

Job responsibilities
Rota and Service Management
- Own and manage service rotas to ensure safe staffing,
continuity of care and minimal disruption to services.
- Maintain HR documents within the federations rota
management system.
- Provide cross-cover and support to other administrators
within the organisation as required.
Stock Control and Logistics
- Be responsible for ordering, controlling, and maintaining
all necessary equipment across multiple sites.

Ensure medical trolleys at all sites have the necessary
supplies and are well-stocked to maintain safe and seamless delivery of
services.
- Check emergency drugs, oxygen and defibrillators across
all sites monthly and report discrepancies to the Service Manager in an agreed
and timely manner.

to team colleagues and the management team.

Assist the management team with administrative queries troubleshooting and basic IT setup requirements.
