Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week but will consider part time.
This is a hybrid role, fixed term for 1 year.

Main duties of the job
The Recruitment and Onboarding Officer will coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle and the seamless introduction of new colleagues. This role ensures every vacancy is filled efficiently, all compliance checks are completed accurately, and each new starter experiences a well-structured, welcoming induction.
What you will do
- Craft and post engaging adverts across our website, social media, and specialist platforms
- Guide hiring managers through end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver targeted training
- Organise interviews, assessment centres, and practical exercises
- Represent Invicta Health at recruitment events and virtual career fairs
- Source passive candidates, talent-map hard-to-fill roles, and run social media campaigns
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics, reporting insights to HR leadership
- Collect feedback from new starters to drive continuous improvement
How you will support new joiners
- Coordinate DBS checks, references, occupational health screenings, and professional registration checks
- Set up colleagues on HR systems, coordinate IT and access badges
- Draft offer letters, contracts, and induction schedules
- Organise induction days
- Booking rooms, arranging lunches, and briefing delivery managers
