Salary: £26,530 - £29,114pro rata, per annum, experience dependent

We are looking for an experienced SystmOne Officer to join our dedicated team. Supported by the SystmOne Manager you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SystmOne which is used across all three of the EACH hospices.

You will act as a SystmOne subject matter expert and be responsible for providing end user operational support and training to our teams including the implementation of updates and changes to SystmOne.

Main duties of the job

Role Responsibilities:

  • To provide routine maintenance of SystmOne to meet the functional requirements of EACH.
  • Working closely with lead clinicians and service managers to develop clinical templates and questionnaires.
  • To run routine reports from SystmOne.
  • Assist the SystmOne Manager to manage data quality reporting to ensure consistent and standardised data entry standards are maintained.
  • Support the organisations Registration Authority sponsors and smartcard administrators when required.

Do you have:

  • Previous experience, strong knowledge and training in how to configure, setting up and maintain SystmOne.
  • Experience using IT software including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Demonstrable experience of working with IT based health or social care systems

Job Summary:

  • To provide routine maintenance of SystmOne to meet the functional requirements of EACH.
  • Working closely with lead clinicians and service managers to develop clinical templates and questionnaires.

  • Run regular reports according to the reporting schedule including the clinical performance, Integrated Care Boards, postcodes etc.
  • Assist the SystmOne Manager to manage data quality reporting to ensure consistent and standardised data entry standards are maintained.
  • Develop and update clinical templates, questionnaires as directed by the SystmOne Manager whilst working closely with the service leads to understand their functional requirements
  • Provide training to SystmOne users including induction, refresher and update training, as required
  • Liaise with the Registration Authority for end user issues that requiring escalation.
  • Support the organisations Registration Authority sponsors and smartcard administrators when required.
  • Attend and provide admin support for the Care Records Quality and Safety Group.
  • Participate in the review of policies, standard operating procedures and guidance for Care records & SystmOne activities.
