Are you an experienced Individual Giving Manager or Direct Marketing fundraising professional?

This pivotal role will deliver EACHs new Individual Giving strategy focused on donor insight and analysis, ensuring financial targets are met across all areas through effective budget, project, data, and team management.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with teams across EACH, partnering with the Database team to leverage donor insight and segmentation for campaign development, and with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver creative, brand-aligned campaigns.

Main duties of the job

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing donor data and trends to understand supporter behaviour.
  • Using donor insights to develop effective campaigns and stewardship journeys that engage current, lapsed, and new supporters.
  • Delivering impactful digital and direct mail print donation campaigns.
  • Managing one-off gifts up to £1,000.
  • Overseeing our third-party Lottery partnership.
  • Leading improvements in Legacy marketing and stewardship of in-memory supporters.
  • Driving enhancements to our Regular Giving programme.
  • Line managing and working closely with the Senior Individual Giving Officer.
  • Managing income and expenditure budgets across all Individual Giving activities.

Responsible for managing and enhancing Individual Giving programmes to deliver sustainable income growth in line with the charitys four-year strategy. Activities include analysing donor data and trends to inform campaign development, creating effective stewardship journeys for current, lapsed, and new supporters, and implementing improvements across Regular Giving, Legacy marketing, and in-memory giving. Oversight of digital and print campaigns, one-off gifts up to £1,000, and a third-party Lottery partnership ensures a diverse and impactful fundraising approach.

Accountable for budget management across all Individual Giving activities, ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, and GDPR standards. Collaboration with internal teams leverages donor insight and segmentation for creative, brand-aligned campaigns that strengthen retention, increase donor uplift, and acquire new supporters. Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making underpin efforts to enhance donor loyalty and maximise income growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Individual Giving budgets, including income and expenditure reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis building robust mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Plan and execute donation campaigns and stewardship journeys, managing end-to-end delivery and conducting performance reviews to inform future improvements.
  • Develop and optimise Regular Giving campaigns strengthening retention, increasing donor uplift, and acquiring new supporters.
  • Manage and grow the Local Hospice Lottery partnership, fostering strong external relationships with support from the wider team.
