Your new role: 

Full Time and Part Time to be considered

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to work in Choose Home. Offering care to patients with advanced end stage illnesses, many of whom may also have a range of complex symptom control needs. You will have a passion for palliative care.

Essential

• Good level of Education (i.e. minimum Level 2)

Desirable

• Palliative Care Experience

Experience

• Experience of caring for terminally ill patients and caring for their families in their own home

Desirable

• Experience of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
