Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead
the day-to-day delivery and growth of a Private Patient Unit (PPU), working
closely within a joint venture partnership with a large NHS
Foundation Trust on the South Coast .
You'll take overall responsibility for operational
performance, commercial growth, team leadership, governance and patient
experience. You will ensure that the PPU delivers safe, efficient, high-quality services
while meeting ambitious activity and revenue targets.
Main duties of the job
- Act as the main interface between the NHS Trust and Regent's Park Healthcare senior management teams to develop a PPU.
- You will be responsible for the project management and development of the PPU.
- Provide key reporting to all stakeholders on PPU operational metrics, including identifying any key growth opportunities.
