About Waythrough
Waythrough was formed in 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Together, weve created one of the largest mental health and social support charities in England.
Every year, we support around 125,000 people through nearly 200 services and its all made possible by our 3,500 brilliant staff and volunteers.
Main duties of the job
Key Duties
Work collaboratively with service users, families and professionals to support care planning and recovery goals.
Deliver wellbeing-focused, psychologically informed interventions under clinical supervision.
Support service users with practical strategies such as behavioural activation, problem-solving, sleep support and emotional regulation.
Monitor progress, maintain accurate records and report changes in wellbeing to the wider team.
Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to review care and treatment plans.
Carry out risk assessments and contribute to risk management planning.
Build positive, supportive relationships with service users while promoting dignity, respect and choice.
Liaise with health, social care and community partners to ensure coordinated support.
Engage in regular supervision, training and professional development.
