Main duties of the job
You will:
Deliver direct psychological support, including trauma-informed interventions and specialist assessments.
Guide Recovery Navigators and Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners through complex cases.
Provide group supervision and reflective practice across our community, HOPE, and criminal justice teams.
Lead and co-create training sessions, workshops, and therapeutic groups.
Influence and innovateembedding trauma-informed practices and representing the service at local and national forums.
