We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for someone to join us as the Clinical Services Lead. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the provision of clinical care within our services working across our Leeds hubs.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our care, treatment, and support meet the highest standards, enabling our service users to achieve their recovery goals. As the Clinical Services Lead, you will have the privilege of leading our clinical team and actively contributing to the development and implementation of outstanding clinical practices.This role provides a unique chance to make a genuine impact on the lives of the individuals we support, collaborating with them to design personalised, flexible, and achievable support plans. Moreover, you will play an integral role in shaping our service to guarantee that the people of Leeds receive the best possible assistance.

Main duties of the job

  • Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and supervision to senior clinicians.

  • Ensure that our clinical services align with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Support service users in achieving their recovery goals through holistic and person-centeredapproaches.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in clinical care, continuously seeking ways to enhance our service.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Department and participate in peer support groups and professional development activities.
  • Contribute to research and innovation initiatives, helping advance the field of substance misuse support.
  • Uphold a culture of clinical excellence and ethical practice.

About us

Forward Leeds is the alcohol and drug service for Leeds. We help people choose not to misuse alcohol and drugs and reduce risk taking behaviour through dedicated prevention, intervention and support.We support adults and young people to help them achieve and sustain recovery from issues with alcohol and/or drugs through a range of treatments. As Forward Leeds is a single organisation offering a complete choice of services, we can provide help to anyone, no matter how simple or complex their needs.We deliver the same range of services across Leeds from three hubs. In Seacroft (Irford House), Armley (Armley Court) and Kirkgate in the city centre. Our dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) phone service can also offer support over the phone.Forward Leeds is Britains second biggest multi-agency project to tackle alcohol and drug problems being a partnership made up of Humankind, BARCA-Leeds, St Annes Community Services, and Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
