• £12.85 per hour (£25,126 FTE) plus enhancements for unsocial hours
• Shifts include evenings, nights and weekends
• Located at our childrens hospice in Huddersfield

As one of our bank clinical support workers, youll have the time, support and flexibility to make a real difference to the children with life-shortening conditions and families we care for at Forget Me Not.

What youll be doing:

• Providing hands-on care for babies, children, and young people with complex needs
• Administering medication and helping with clinical tasks
• Engaging children in play and memory-making activities.

Forget Me Not Childrens Hospice supports children with life-shortening conditions, their families and families living with loss across West Yorkshire. Were here for any family confronted with the news their child has a life-shortening condition, however, wherever and whenever they need us.

By providing superb nursing care, hydrotherapy, creative therapy, days out, memory making, end of life care, bereavement support and counselling, Forget Me Not helps families make the most of every moment they have together.

Our services include caring for families during pregnancy and birth, as well as respite and clinical care, hospice at home, family support and support for those affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child. We provide these services to families across Kirklees, Calderdale, Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds
