Main duties of the job

You will take the lead on managing complex diaries, coordinating key meetings and events, and preparing accurate, well-presented documentation. As the first point of contact for the Executive Office, you’ll need to communicate clearly and professionally, often dealing with sensitive and time-critical matters. You’ll also play an important role in supporting project work, governance processes and wider organisational priorities.

  • Someone who is approachable, adaptable, and a great team player

  • Recognised qualification in Business Administration or Executive Support (e.g. NVQ Level 3+, ILM, AMSPAR, or equivalent).
