Acorns Childrens Hospice are looking for a Community Partnership Worker for our Birmingham hospice to develop a peer support programme and youth leadership programme, with the aim to increase grief literacy. Youll also work closely with schools and community organisations to ensure they are equipped to support bereaved siblings.
