Our Hospice at Home service brings the skills and expertise of our highly trained and dedicated specialist team directly into our patients homes. This allows patients, their families, and carers access to the vital support they need at home, when time matters most.
Main duties of the job
Were looking for a caring and enthusiastic Physiotherapist with particular emphasis on the needs of patients in their own homes. You will work independently with the support of the Senior Specialist Physiotherapist and other members of the Hospice at Home team. You will work within defined protocols to facilitate and provide high quality specialist Physiotherapy input as reflected by the Princess Alice Hospice philosophy.
A pleasant, calm manner as well as excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills are essential for this role.
You should have a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

- Experience of multi-disciplinary team working within a health-care environment
- Post-registration experience of working in a community setting
- Oncology, Palliative Care, Respiratory and/or neurological experience
- Participation in clinical audit
- Experience of providing clinical education for undergraduate students
- Experience of using computerised patient records
- Teaching experience
