About the Hospice at Home team:

Our Hospice at Home service brings the skills and expertise of our highly trained and dedicated specialist team directly into our patients homes. This allows patients, their families, and carers access to high-quality support in familiar surroundings, when time matters most.

About the role:

Were looking for a Community Physiotherapist with a passion for delivering person-centred care in patients homes. Youll work independently, supported by our Senior Specialist Physiotherapist and the wider Hospice at Home team, to provide high-quality, specialist physiotherapy aligned with our values and care philosophy.

Main duties of the job

About you:

A pleasant, calm manner as well as excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills are essential for this role.

You should have a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
