Job summary

We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing & Communications team at St Lukes Hospice. This varied and hands-on role supports the delivery of marketing, digital and communications activity across social media, website, email, print and on-site promotions. You will help ensure our messaging is engaging, compassionate and aligned with our brand, supporting fundraising, retail and clinical services. Main duties of the job

The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and delivery of marketing and communications across multiple channels. This includes creating and scheduling social media content, updating website and intranet pages, assisting with email campaigns, and producing simple design materials using tools such as Canva. You will help monitor engagement and social media trends, respond to enquiries appropriately, and assist with analytics reporting. The role also supports campaign delivery, retail promotions, fundraising events, print coordination and digital screen updates across hospice sites.
