Main duties of the job
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with complex needs. Youll work collaboratively with the ward team, Ward Sisters, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support in the patients preferred place of care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care, supporting emotional and psychological needs, and acting as a mentor to junior staff and students. You will uphold our values of Caring, Pioneering, and Respectful in every aspect of your role.
