Job summary

Are you a people-person with a passion for community and making a difference? Were looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Volunteer Coordinator to join our Volunteering Team at St Lukes. This is an exciting and varied role focused on coordinating corporate and event volunteers to support our fundraising and retail activities. From major city events to shop-based volunteering days, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional volunteer experiences that inspire long-term engagement and support for our work.

Main duties of the job

Youll lead on the recruitment, coordination and retention of event and corporate volunteers, working closely with our Fundraising and Retail teams to ensure each volunteer has a positive, meaningful experience. This includes planning support for key fundraising events, delivering volunteer briefs, liaising with corporate partners, and representing St Lukes at community events. Youll also support recruitment campaigns, deliver presentations, maintain records, and help promote volunteering through social media and outreach.
