Clinical Administrator - Maternity Cover

Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our dedicated team at St Lukes Hospice. This is a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave until September 2026. Youll provide vital administrative support across our clinical teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination of meetings, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality admin support that makes a real difference to patients and families, wed love to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

You will coordinate and support Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, process clinical referrals, maintain accurate patient records, manage communications across multiple platforms, and ensure timely data input and retrieval. You will also provide cross-cover for other admin functions such as reception and clinic support. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners, requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
