Job summary
The post holder will be working within a small project team lead by the Project ECHO Programme Manager and Project ECHO Executive Lead and Medical Director, and will coordinate all aspects of required administrative support for the ECHO project.
ECHO, the Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes is an established not-for-profit tele-mentoring project which was developed in the USA to improve care of patients in underserved areas. It involves the use of cloud-based networking technology to connect with specialist HUBS and PARTNER SITES to create a community of practice, sharing knowledge and which supports service delivery.
Working closely with the Project ECHO Programme Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the people management of the ECHO administration team and will be expected to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and achieve a quality service through the effective use of resources and securing performance through target setting, monitoring and reviewing systems.
Main duties of the job
Overall Purpose of the Role:The Project ECHO Administration Coordinator will work within the Project ECHO team led by the Project ECHO Programme Manager and accountable to the Project ECHO Executive Lead. This role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of administrative support for the ECHO project under the direction of the Programme Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Line management of the ECHO administration assistants.
- Coordination and oversight of all ECHO-related administrative work.
- Monitoring and ensuring that Project ECHO programmes meet agreed objectives.
- Providing operational support to the Project ECHO Programme Manager and the wider management team.
- Coordinating training and support for stakeholders involved in Project ECHO.
- Developing and improving systems and processes for Project ECHO operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading marketing and communication activities across digital platforms for Project ECHO.
- Providing coordination and IT support to ECHO programmes with assistance from Project ECHO support administrators.
- Participating in ECHO team meetings and deputizing for the Programme Manager as needed.
- Supporting the evaluation and reporting of Project ECHO programmes to the management team.
