Main duties of the job

About the role

In this rewarding position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services within our hospice setting. You will:

  • Organise and manage the day-to-day physiotherapy needs of patients, ensuring care aligns with professional standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored treatment programmes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide advice, information, and emotional support to patients and their careers.
  • Accurately record patient progress and maintain high standards of clinical documentation.
  • Actively contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, supporting continuous improvement and quality care delivery.
  • Work in partnership with medical, nursing, and managerial colleagues to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Current Physiotherapy qualification at degree level or equivalent
