Main duties of the job
About the role
In this rewarding position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services within our hospice setting. You will:
- Organise and manage the day-to-day physiotherapy needs of patients, ensuring care aligns with professional standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored treatment programmes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide advice, information, and emotional support to patients and their careers.
- Accurately record patient progress and maintain high standards of clinical documentation.
- Actively contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, supporting continuous improvement and quality care delivery.
- Work in partnership with medical, nursing, and managerial colleagues to enhance patient outcomes.
