Main duties of the job

Join a friendly and supportive small rural dispensing practice as a salaried GP, where you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will enjoy a varied and rewarding clinical workload, including face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, managing both acute presentations and long-term conditions. The role offers the opportunity to develop continuity of care and build strong relationships with patients and the local community. Alongside clinical work, you will undertake manageable and well-supported administrative duties, including reviewing results, processing prescriptions, and maintaining clear clinical records. As part of the duty GP rota, you will help coordinate urgent care and provide clinical leadership within the team. You will be an integral member of a close-knit multidisciplinary team, contributing to practice development, quality improvement, and shared learning in a collaborative and welcoming environment.

About us

We are a small, supportive practice with a list size of approximately 3,500 patients. Our clinical team includes two GP partners, supported by an experienced and collaborative multidisciplinary team. We are committed to continuity of care and fostering strong relationships within our local community.

Key Responsibilities:
