Job summary
We are looking for an experienced administrator/secretary who can work flexible hours over 3 days per week. This is a new role created within our organisation to take on further responsibility/workflow and work alongside the practice secretary and reception team.
We are a small but fast paced GP surgery in the Sheldon community.
The hours will be 3-6pm.
Previous secretarial/admin experience essential.
Main duties of the job
Managing daily referrals.
Summarising patients notes
Handling queries from reception staff
Clinical coding
Call handling

We are a small team based in the community of Sheldon. We are a family run GP surgery and are part of the Bordesley Green East PCN.
