Job summary
Larksfield and Arlesey Medical Partnership are looking to recruit a Data Quality Administrator to join our friendly and supportive administrative team.
This is an important role within the practice, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care by ensuring clinical information is accurately recorded and processed. The post holder will be responsible for completing workflow tasks, including the processing and coding of clinical letters and communications, supporting the practice with QOF requirements, and assisting with patient recalls to help ensure patients receive appropriate reviews, monitoring, and follow-up care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and an interest in working in a busy NHS primary care environment.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and data quality tasks, including:

Processing and managing clinical workflow in a timely and accurate manner

Reviewing, processing, and coding incoming clinical letters and communications onto the clinical system

Ensuring patient records are updated correctly, maintaining high standards of data quality

Supporting the practice with QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework) requirements

Assisting with patient recall systems, including chronic disease monitoring and screening recalls

Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team to resolve queries and ensure records are complete

Supporting general administrative tasks as required within the practice
