Job summary
We are looking for two part-time Receptionists to come and join our small and friendly team at Quincy Rise Surgery. One shift to cover 15.5 hours and one to cover 20.5 hours per week over a fixed working pattern.
Experience of working within a GP surgery setting and using EMIS Web is preferred, however finding the right candidates is important to us and training can be provided.
Main duties of the job
As a member of our reception team you will be expected to assist patients and other visitors to the surgery, face to face and over the telephone. You will deal with a variety of incoming calls, Acrrux messages and requests, and emails. There will also be administrative tasks to be completed and to provide support to the wider clinical team at the surgery.
About us
Quincy Rise Surgery is a small,friendly GP practice with a patient list size of just under 3,000 and is situated on the Withymoorestate in Brierley Hill, West Midlands.
The practice staff includes one GP Partner, a Salaried GP, a Practice Nurse, a General Practice Assistant, Reception Team and Practice Manager. In addition, we have support from a Physician's Assistant, Midwife and Clinical Pharmacists. We form part of the Brierley Hill and Amblecote Primary Care Network and have access to a range of additional clinical personnel to include First Contact Physio, Listening & Guidance and Social Prescribers, who are available to provide support to our growing list size of patients.
We are a dynamic and friendly team experienced at working together to deliver excellent care to our patients and are looking for two additional staff members to come and join our team.
