Job summary
We are a
busy GP practice based in Worcester Park, Surrey. We have 16400 patients. We are currently hiring a practice nurse to work alongside our two experienced nurses. Ideally the right candidate would be confident in all aspects of General
Practice Nursing incl Diabetes Management, COPD, Asthma, Wound Care, Smears and
Baby Imms. A prescribing qualification would be desirable but not essential. We

Main duties of the job
Your role here would be to provide patient-centred clinical care including health assessments, vaccinations, wound care, chronic disease monitoring, and health promotion. You will support patients in managing long-term conditions, deliver preventive screening programmes, and maintain accurate clinical records.

Manor Drive is a friendly GMS practice based in Worcester Park, Surrey. We are part of the SWL ICB. We have a growing list of 16400 patients. Our surgery is purpose built and spacious with onsite parking and excellent transport links to London.

Our team comprises of 3 GP Partners, 9 salaried GPs, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs. We have 12 admin staff which includes the Practice Manager, Assistant PM, Reception Manager. We also have a Physicians Associate, 2 mental health practitioners, 2 Pharmacists, 1 Pharmacy technician a social prescriber and FCP.
Our computer system is Emis and Docman, Our CQC rating was good in all areas. We are part of the New Malden and Worcester Park PCN a proactive PCN working closely with local practices in developing new roles and services.

the post holder will ensure nursing services are delivered effectively to the
entitled patient population.
