Job summary

Manor Drive Medical Centre are looking for a motivated friendly Administrator/Care coordinator to work at our busy practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience to work in a fast paced and patient focussed environment.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks . You will also be involved in care coordinating for patients under the Proactive Anticipatory Care (PAC) Programme. This involves overseeing patient care and ensuring effective interventions and communications amongst multidisciplinary teams.

About us

Manor Drive is a very busy GP surgery, we currently have over 16,500 patients. We are part of Kingston borough and also part of New Malden and Worcester Park PCN. We are based in Worcester Park with great transport links to London. We have approximate 35 staff in a large purpose built building.

  • Accurate and fast data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and clerical skills, including typing accuracy
