Due to the seasonal nature of our patient demand, you may be asked to work part of the week at our second practice in Kilburn during the holidays.

Main duties of the job

You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice. You will work with the multi-disciplinary general practice team of PA's, trainees and nursing staff to support the delivery of policy and procedures and meet the needs of our patients.

Job Summary:

The Associate General Practitioner (GP) provides comprehensive and continuing medical care for individuals, families, and the wider community. The GP will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care to all patients.

  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses.

  • Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests as required.

  • Prescribe medications and monitor their effects.
