Church Street Partnership is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing long term conditions, promoting health and wellbeing and supporting clinical operations within the practice.

We are a five partner owned practice based across three sites in the town of Bishop's Stortford in Hertfordshire, with good links to the M11 and Stansted Airport.
Serving a patient population of 16,600 patients, we pride ourselves on delivery high quality, patient centred care.
The practice is proud to be a training practice and part of the Stort Valley & Villages Primary Care Network.

- Cervical screening/cytology
- Wound care
- Hypertension management
- ECG's
- Ear syringing
- Contraception/family planning
- Routine/childhood immunisations
- Travel clinics
- Long term condition management
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Maintaining clinical rooms, stocking and rotating items as required
- Ordering vaccinations
- Attending practice meetings as required
- Supporting infection control prevention and control measures
- Participating in audits, quality improvement initiatives
- Responding to clinical emergencies
- Supporting and assisting GP's and other colleagues
