Main duties of the job

  • Greet and assist patients with appointments, queries, and general needs
  • Manage phone lines and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Process prescriptions and referrals
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and patient communications
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and waiting area

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a GP practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with medical software and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
