Main duties of the job
- Greet and assist patients with appointments, queries, and general needs
- Manage phone lines and appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Process prescriptions and referrals
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and patient communications
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and waiting area
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a GP practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with medical software and computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
