Fixed term (12 months) Salaried GP position.
4 session over 3-4 days.
On call pro rota
Mornign and afternoon sessions
Main duties of the job
Routine Morning and or Afternoon surgery and home visits
On call once day a week.
Nursing home patient management and visit.
Involved in managing the clinical letters and results.
Involve in clinical meetings and QIF projects
About us
Growing medium size practice 8500 and rising.
Team includes Nurse practitioner, Practice nurses, HCA, a dedicated
Pharmacist for medication reviews on site physio and Psychological health
practitioner.

- MRCGP and on GMC GP register.
- Must be on Welsh Performer's list.
Desirable
- Local experience and understanding of local system.
- Familiar with vision system.
- Team player and flexible.
- Experience in Women's health
- Experience in managing complex nursing home cases.
- Good communication skills.
