Must have good communication skills-Must have good understanding of spoken and written English

Must have basic computer literacy

Must be able to take instructions and complete given tasks within assigned time frame.

Job responsibilities

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Mail and Correspondence:

    Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing

  • Filing and Record Keeping:

  • Organising and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record keeping.

  • Photocopying and Scanning:

  • Making copies of documents and scanning them for digital storage or distribution.

  • Data Entry:

  • Inputting data into computer systems

  • Office Supplies Management:

  • Monitoring inventory of stationery and other office supplies and ordering replacements when needed.

  • Reception Duties:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person.

  • Basic IT Support:

  • Assisting with basic IT tasks like setting up equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining office equipment.

  • General Office Tidiness:

  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and common areas.
