PRACTICE NURSE
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Part time - hours and days to be discussed
The opportunity has arisen for an experienced RGN to join our friendly Practice to provide comprehensive nursing service to our patients in accordance with QOF and CQC guidelines.
You will have a patient-focused approach to improving the quality of care and your team will deliver through innovative techniques and technologies.
The role will primarily focus upon chronic disease management, wound care and Adult/Child immunisations with a wide scope to develop the role in the future.
Main duties of the job
The
role will primarily focus upon all areas of practice nursing including Adult & Baby imms, women's
health including cervical cytology, ECG's, health promotion, phlebotomy, wound
care including compression and ABPI.
An interest or experience in Asthma and COPD would
be welcomed (development/ support would be provided).
