Swadlincote PCN have an exciting, new opportunity for an Administrative
Care Co-Ordinator to join our small supportive Team.
We are a friendly, supportive, caring team with patient care at

Main duties of the job
The role of
the Administrator is to support the PCN Management Team by providing
administrative support in relation to all PCN functions including the use of
clinical system TPP SystmOne to run and produce reports, provide ARRS staff
clinical system support, organise and minute meetings and provide reports to monitor
achievement.
The role will
also support the PCN in the day to day operating of a busy premises by sharing
the responsibility for front of house, maintaining policies & procedures, and
coordinating staff, room schedules and managing clinical rotas.
About us
We
are an established forward thinking PCN with a team of five GP practices within
the small demographic area of Swadlincote, holding a list size of approximately 60,000. Our PCN Team currently consists of 2 Paramedics, 5 Nurse
Associates, 2 Social Prescribers, 5 Health and Wellbeing Coaches, 2 Mental
Health Practitioners, 5 Clinical Pharmacists and 6 Care Co-Ordinators along
with a Leadership Team consisting of the Clinical Director, Deputy Clinical
Director, PCN Manager and Deputy PCN Manager.
We
also operate a well-established home visiting service team that work from the PCN
site which includes GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Enhanced Care
Practitioners.

workforce portal submissions and amendments for ARRS and PCN staff.
Submit ARRS invoices and maintain accurate spreadsheet records
Run clinical system reports to monitor achievement using TPP SystmOne, Ardens Manager and other methods of date capture as required.
Assist with
the recruitment, training and induction of ARRS staff
Deliver front of house services from our main reception desk
Maintain relevant
policies and procedures as required on TeamNet
Schedule and coordinate
staff/rooms.

Ordering and maintaining stock
Maintain robust health and
safety check compliance records.

- Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work in meeting time critical deadlines and tasks and responding to the changing needs of the role.
