We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop care plans for health, in line with patients and in line with current Practice disease management protocols.
  • Conducting patient consultations and examinations.
  • Diagnosing and treating illnesses.
  • Providing continuous care for patients with chronic conditions.
  • Prescribing in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary (or generically) whenever this is clinically appropriate.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Attending Practice meetings and contributing to the development of the practice.
  • Referring patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Adhere to all organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to patient care and safety.
