Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team in a vibrant part of London (Queens Park and Paddington) for a 4-7 session GP to join our team. We use system one We are completely flexible, looking for 4- 7 sessions per week We are based at modern premises with on-site private car parking, outside the Congestion Zone, in a lovely area of West London.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients

Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultation and queries some home visiting may be required, prescriptions, dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion

screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness

recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards

in general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within Primary Care

The post holder will uphold the principals of good medical practice as stated in the GMC statement of professional values and responsibilities

Our Current practice was purposed built in 2010, and a GP surgery has been located on this site for over a 100 years. We are based in a modern premises with on-site private car parking outside the Congestion zone.

The practice has a shared belief in the delivery of high quality, patient centred evidence based health care.

We are part of Inclusive PCN in West London alongside 6 other practices

The practice is supported by a Clinical Pharmacist, First contact physio, social PX and Health Coaches plus My Care My Way
