Job summary

Trentside Medical Group deliver the Covid-19 vaccination programme for many housebound and care home residents across Nottinghamshire.

We are seeking an experienced administrator to work alongside our current Covid-19 vaccination team to ensure efficient coordination of the programme and recording the immunisations on the clinical system.

The elements of administration relating to this role are time critical so you will need to be able to work quickly whilst paying close attention to detail.

Main duties of the job

Contacting patients to plan vaccinations

Recording information onto the Pinnacle system

Utilise Microsoft Excel to record data and organise routes

Utilise route planning software to plan the vaccinator routes

Set up the vaccination clinics on the booking system

Respond to patient queries

Provide regular updates to management around the progress of the campaign
