Job summary
We are looking for an experienced ANP / ACP or prescribing pharmacist or paramedic. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients' presenting with minor illness and referring to the appropriate service following primary care pathways. You will have a good understanding of QOF and enhanced services in primary care and have a 'can do' attitude.
Main duties of the job
Main duties but not limited to will include:
Managing your daily appointment list
Triage and treat patients wishing to be seen by a healthcare professional
Prescribing and making any necessary onward referrals
Participate in the administrative and responsibilities of the team
Ensure clinical practice is safe and effective and remains within boundaries of competence, and to acknowledge limitation
About us
We are a small practice with approx 5700 patients. We have 2 gp partners, a practice nurse and healthcare assistants as well as PCN physio, social prescribers, health and wellbeing coaches, Mental health practioners and physician associates.

postholder will operate within their own sphere of competence and agreed
acceptable limits of practice to provide expert professional clinical advice to

For this role youwill need to prioritise and triage the
needs of patients accordingly, making any necessary referrals for investigations
in the appropriate manner.

and discharging patients as appropriate.
