Job summary

Are you a compassionate and dedicatedNurse Associatelooking to make a real difference in primary care? Were seeking a motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive team at our well-established GP practice.

About the Role

As a Nurse Associate, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Your role will include supporting chronic disease management, health promotion, and assisting with clinical procedures under the supervision of our registered nurses and GPs.

  • Provide care for patients with long-term conditions
  • Conduct health checks and screenings
  • Support with wound care, immunisations, and other clinical tasks
