Remote Salaried GP
15 Minutes from Exeter - less via MS
Teams!
You will be part of a team working closely with one or two GP buddies
from our in-house
team.
We will work with the right candidate to blend clinical and administrative work to achieve a sustainable
balance.
The approximate expectation for an hour's work could include: 6 x phone
calls, 40 scanned documents or 40 pathology results.
Our expectation would be for you to visit the practice for induction
and ideally for our shut down afternoons,

We have a growing patient population of 16,500. Our main site is a brand-new,
purpose-built surgery on the Exeter side of Crediton. We
also provide care from our dispensing branch
in the village of Thorverton.
We are recognised as being a forward thinking and innovative
practice
that provides a high standard of patient care. Our multi-disciplinary
practice-based team includes 3 Urgent Care Paramedics, a Clinical Pharmacist
led prescribing team, and a remote GP team who support with administrative
work. We are also an active member of the Mid Devon Healthcare PCN with
additional support from PCN ARRS staff including, a strong social prescribing
team and an in-house Mental Health Practitioner.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time as we look to shape
and develop services for patients from our new building and site.We
are rated good by CQC and scored 96% on last years QOF report.

- Medical degree .
- Full, unrestricted registration with the relevant medical regulator ).
- Certification in General Practice/Family Medicine or eligibility for equivalent.
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and clinical competence.
Desirable
- Additional certifications in areas such as womens health, mental health, chronic disease management, urgent care, or paediatrics.
- Previous experience remote care delivery.
Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2-3 years post-qualification experience in general practice or family medicine.
- Experience assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of primary care presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage clinical risk remotely.
Desirable
